Overview
The Kungsleden, King's Trail, is Sweden's most famous long distance hiking route, 440 kilometres through arctic and sub-arctic landscape from Abisko to Hemavan. The northern section from Abisko to Kebnekaise includes Sweden's highest peak at 2106m and the most dramatic above-treeline terrain, while the middle sections through Sarek National Park offer true wilderness navigation.
