Overview
The Laugavegur trail from Landmannalaugar to Thorsmork is Iceland's iconic multi-day trekking route, crossing a landscape of rainbow rhyolite mountains, obsidian lava fields, glaciers, and geothermal hot springs in 55 kilometres. Natural hot spring bathing is built into the journey, with pools at Landmannalaugar offering post-hike soaks in 38-degree water.
