The Andaman and Nicobar Islands in the Bay of Bengal contain some of the least-disturbed coral reefs in Asia, accessible from Port Blair on the main island. Havelock (Swaraj Dweep) and Neil islands provide the best diving and snorkelling; Barren Island houses India's only active volcano and is a day trip by boat.
