Overview
The complete Kangchenjunga circuit combining both north and south base camps is one of Nepal's most ambitious trekking achievements, a 25-day route through some of the country's most remote and culturally authentic highland territory. The crossing of the Mirgin La at 4663m connects the north and south approaches, and the complete circuit visits Pangpema base camp at 5140m and Oktang at 4780m for the full perspective on the world's third highest mountain.
