Overview
The north base camp of Kangchenjunga offers a different perspective on the world's third highest mountain from a remote approach through the far east of Nepal. The restricted zone trek passes through high yak pastures, Buddhist monasteries, and rhododendron forests before delivering the stunning Pangpema viewpoint at 5140m above Kangchenjunga's north face. This is Nepal's least visited base camp trek and most rewarding.
