Overview
The Headhunter's Trail follows an ancient Iban war route from Limbang in Sarawak across the watershed into Sabah through the heart of Borneo's Crocker Range. The route passes through longhouse communities where traditional woodcarving and weaving continue, and the jungle contains proboscis monkeys, pygmy elephants, and wild orangutans. This is one of the few routes in Borneo that still requires guide navigation through unmarked primary forest.
